This carefully structured six-week programme blends live interactive training with peer discussion and a 24/7 online forum, giving participants both the knowledge and the confidence to lead with lasting impact.

Programme Structure

• Six focused 60-minute live sessions, held online (Wednesdays, 4:00–5:00pm UK time).
• Groups capped at a maximum of 12 participants for genuine peer discussion.
• 24/7 access to an online forum for resources, shared practice and trainer support.
