To enhance its international teacher hiring process, Al Forsan worked with m2r Education to implement an AI powered assessment platform designed to streamline first stage candidate screening and improve recruitment efficiency.
Recruiting international teaching staff presents a number of well-established challenges for schools operating globally.

The school group required a more efficient, consistent and scalable approach to initial candidate screening.
m2r Education developed a bespoke AI powered screening platform tailored to Al Forsan’s recruitment process. Acting as a structured first stage filter, it supported human decision making rather than replacing it. Candidates completed an AI powered online assessment at a time that suited them, removing scheduling delays.

The platform has improved recruitment efficiency and consistency, with over 100 international candidates having been screened to date
