Providing online English Language Teachers to a rural village school in India

m2r Education were asked by a leading edtech company in India to support with an online English language project. The request was to provide a cohort of fully qualified English language teachers who would be able to commit to an annual timetable of full (online) classroom tuition for a local village school in Maharashtra, India. This school had never used such a service, therefore it was critical that the project ran smoothly and on time.

Academic Solutions

The challenge was to work within the financial and timetabling parameters given by the school whilst still being able to provide a fully experienced and professional group of English language teachers who could commit to 9 months of lessons.

After an extensive advertising campaign and interviews and assessments with numerous teachers, m2r Education were able to supply the exact number of qualified English Language Teachers with international teaching experience, plus back ups in case of illness / tech issues etc.
